Restaurant Kreta in Remscheid

There were six of us there and everyone loved the food. I myself had a beef fillet in a delicious sauce, which I can only recommend. That was also the accompanying opinion that the food was really very good. The whole atmosphere exudes Greek flair and it is very cozy. A very clear recommendation. Only the ice cream for dessert was a downer, but the tsaziki as a starter was a dream.

Pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy your meal. Have always been satisfied so far. Hope that the restaurant survives the Corona crisis.

We were very satisfied. The restaurant is newly renovated and you feel right at home. The service was friendly and competent. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We will come back for sure.

Otherwise, I don't actually write bad reviews, but this was by far my worst restaurant visit. The meat is not well seasoned or not at all. The salad is badly prepared and tastes 0815. I had specifically ordered a dish without metaxa sauce. The court was complained. The result is shown below. Instead of a gratinated piece of meat with pineapple and cheese, I received small, dry orange slices and pizza cheese spread carelessly on top. Mayonnaise was delivered carelessly in a sauce boat, without a spoon. In addition, the boss was very unfriendly and totally unprofessional. A second time I didn't want to give the food back because of the reaction. In addition, not all dishes were delivered to our table at the same time, so we couldn't all eat together. The only positive thing to be mentioned is the somewhat younger waiter, who tried to clarify the situation in a friendly manner. Due to the poor food and the rudeness of the complaint on the part of the chef, although the dish was clearly ordered differently, I can definitely not agree with the positive reviews. We will not visit the restaurant again.

Spontaneously been there for the first time. Very friendly service. A nicely furnished restaurant that invites you to relax. Fresh, beautifully presented and, above all, delicious food for a reasonable price. We'll be back and will recommend you!

We actually wanted to go to another restaurant today and since it was closed we tried Restaurant Crete. It was a great coincidence. The staff is very nice. The food is by far the best food in Remscheid and the surrounding area. We love to come back ...

We were there for the second time. Everything is just right here. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, very tasty food at a reasonable price and portions that would be enough for two. Here we become regulars.

We were there on the weekend with 4 people and we all enjoyed it very much. The dishes were also very nicely arranged and each plate was individually designed. The staff was very accommodating and the atmosphere was cozy. We have found a new Greek as our regular restaurant. The only disadvantage is the parking lot situation caused by the construction site. But that doesn't stop us from dining there again.

The first time I was there today has to offer the negative reviews a slogan. The food was great, waiting time was less than 15 minutes. The staff was very accommodating, and very friendly. The toilets were also very clean. The ambience is very nicely decorated, cozy. Better than some other Greeks. Anyone looking for hair in the soup will always find something to complain about. You shouldn't listen to other people's reviews, but rather draw your own picture. I will go there more often because it was wonderful. Thank you for the lovely evening.

We were there on Saturday evening and I can't understand the grumbling of some people here. We pre-ordered, otherwise we wouldn't have got a seat at 6.30pm. We were greeted very nicely, were given a nice table, drinks came quickly, we could choose our food in peace, the food came in a completely normal time, was delicious, reasonably priced and I can think of absolutely nothing bad assessment would justify even in the approach. We were said goodbye and will definitely come back. And there is a reason why the restaurant was completely full.

The ambience was very pleasant, the music in the background was pleasant, not too loud so that everyone could chat while eating. The location at the moment a bit difficult because of the construction site but in front of the restaurant there are a few places. Staff nice and attentive. What I think is good that the pepper and salt mill tables were finally on the table. The food was good and we will definitely come back to try the steaks. The menu card worked very well.
